I think it is a great idea. I really think the plan will work and othing will go wrong (I just hope he will be safe in the war!!!!!!).

I think Bengy will make it and get Hughs watch. Because (i know this isn't that good of a reason though)This is those kind of books where the hero doesn't die or something bad happens to him.number #4

ReplyDeleteat the begining of chapter twelve benjy was siting in miss leotas chair. becuase he dosent want his grandmother to know that he snuck out the house.but when hugh says that he will be here for the battle i wonder what he meant.after hugh told benjy about what happend during the war betwen the states. he started to get emotinal.he thinks his dad is upset with him. but he had to hide the watch from the yankes.his grandfather is proud of him his grand father probaly was proud of him when hugh was shot he saw his grandfather his grandfather said everything is alright you have done youre job you did what you could now you may rest in peace . this was a good chapter it made me want to read ahead to see what happend next it grabed my attention. and left me hanging.20

ReplyDelete#1: Interesting thought - you think it wouldn't be very bad to be stuck on the battlefield like Hugh? Hugh is not happy to be there, but maybe things would change if they were both there together!

My plan would be to the battle and search, if i ouldnt find the watch i would watch the battle from the beginning. His plan is the same. His plan worked out ok, but i think it was sad that he had to watch his best friend die. Anyways i wouldnt want to die over and over and over again. It was sweet I would have done the same thing for a friend..................... Okay back to the point i would do the same thing if it was me in that situation i bet that the plan would work any way. by the way #20 i love what you said..... im # 12

ReplyDeleteBenjy's plan is to see the battle and see where Hugh hid the watchh. I think that Benjy's plan is going to work because he can't get harmed and he is desperate to find the watch. #14
