Chapter 14: The Race to VMI

After all that you know about Benjy, how much of a sense of accomplishment do you think he felt when he woke up with the watch in his hands? Use examples to explain your answer. See if you can use a more exciting word than just "good".

    I think that he felt terrific! But he might of felt a little depressed because Hugh wasn't there to share the glory. :(

    He fells excllat because he has helped hugh with fiding his family watch and leting his family know that Hugh did not loose the watch. #5

    He felt like he was probably going to cry tears of joy. I know I would!!! Helping a ghost find their family's heirloom. I would do front flips in that room. Better yet, I would jump out of a window!!!!!!!!!!

    benji`s finend told him that the battle was going to start from the begning and so benji stayed at the battle filed so that he could watch his friend hide the watch so when benji found the watch he had to find one of hugh`s family members heran home to go pack his things so that they could go to the roll call for all the died and alive cadets from the vmi.

    I think that Benjy found the watch and gave someone the watch. I also think that Miss Leota was telling Benjy about the watch. Maybe she didn't know that Benjy was looking for the watch, because he was locked in.

    I think hhe felt really happy about waking up and having the watch with him but sad when he didn't have hugh with him to celebrate with him
